<p>Our daily activities and interactions with other people predispose us to stressful situations. Our stress comes from a multitude of sources ranging from an overflow of work in the office to death of a loved one. Sometimes, it is due to external circumstances beyond our control. Whatever its origin, stress can create a serious effect on our body, mind and soul.</p>
<p>A variety of diseases have been linked to psychological stress. Although still in its early stages, research shows that 75 percent of all physician visits are made by people with stress related complaints.</p>

<p align="justify">So how to fight with it before it kills us ??</p>
<h3>Here are some tips to kill the stress by fighting with it:</h3>
<p align="justify"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Healthy Diet :</span></strong></p>
<p align="justify">Eat healthy to kill the stress.Sometimes you have noticed that when you are hungry,you feel weakness in your body and soul.Healthy breakfast can kill the stress even it gives the energy to fight with it.Make sure to have proper and healthy meal.If you work in the office,don’t forget to keep some crunchy,crispy and delicious eatable like fruits,peanuts or any other.When you feel hungry,eat something with tea or coffee during office hours.</p>
<p align="justify"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Sound Sleep:</span></strong></p>
<p align="justify">Get enough sleep to get rid with stress.The habit of going to bed earlier may take some discipline to build, but numerous studies have shown a direct correlation between rest and your ability to fight stress.You should follow a set schedule and get up at the same time every day to help your body use your sleep most effectively.</p>
<p align="justify"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Body Fitness:</span></strong></p>
<p align="justify">Daily routine exercises can give the energy to fight against stress.If you take daily exercise,your body and soul can be fit and you can feel freshness every times.</p>
<p align="justify">Wake up early in the morning and go for a walk.If you like Yoga then you can follow some Asanas and Meditation like <em>Pranayaam.</em>I promise you it’s better for your health.</p>
<p align="justify"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Take a short Interval</span></strong>:</p>
<p align="justify">A 20 minute break from your daily work could mean a lot for your well being. If you have a very demanding job, allow time for yourself. Take a midday break. You can drop off a letter to the post office or make a bank deposit. Use the time to walk around the block, breathe deeply and come back more relaxed and collected.</p>

<p align="justify">If are internet junky or your job is online,have a break during your work hours.Unplug your pc from internet.Switch off your cellophane for 15 to 30 minutes.It can fight against the stress.</p>

<p align="justify">Manage your working hours proper with scheduling.make your timetable of your working hours and divide systematically.It can reduce your stress for long time.</p>
